Overview

  • Lead strategic product initiatives within the WealthTech domain, enhancing scalable distribution of alternative investment products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for the U.S. wealth management industry.
  • Define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to drive platform adoption and user engagement.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to deploy solutions quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven environment, solving complex industry-wide challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and execute the product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements, testing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
  • Engage with external clients and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic implementations.
  • Investigate production issues and implement resolutions to minimize user impact.
  • Drive platform usage and adoption through innovative solutions and user-centric features.
  • Lead strategic client engagements to deploy integrated technology solutions effectively.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination for flawless product releases.
  • Provide mentorship to junior product managers, encouraging professional growth and accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with 8-12 years of product management experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making approaches.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. wealth management ecosystem and advisor technology landscape.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
