Overview

  • Support HR operations in a dynamic hybrid environment, ensuring efficient processes and compliance.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor coordination tasks.
  • Maintain HR data integrity by managing reports and ensuring accurate tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline HR communication.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, supporting strategic goals and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics using advanced Excel functions.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards in HR practices.
  • Balance onsite and remote work responsibilities effectively in a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer benefits processes, including open enrollment and vendor communications.
  • Track and report HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and vendors to enhance HR process efficiency.
  • Create and manage Excel dashboards for HR analytics and reporting.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners effectively.
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives to achieve departmental success.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR industry standards.
  • Assist the HR team in achieving operational and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in benefits administration and vendor management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with onsite and remote tasks.
  • Mid-level HR expertise with a focus on data management and reporting.
