Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for onsite employees, addressing inquiries and providing support effectively.
- Collaborate with project leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with workforce objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate HR operations such as onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure adherence to employment regulations and labor requirements in collaboration with corporate HR teams.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for craft labor employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity effectively.
- Maintain a visible presence onsite to foster positive employee relations and address concerns directly.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in field-based or industrial settings.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce management.
- Experience with craft labor populations and large-scale project environments preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional HR certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work onsite in a remote project environment with flexible scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance requirements in field operations.
