Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in NICU or similar settings.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably NICU management.
- Active RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
