Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on adult and geriatric care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and teams.
  • Provide health education and coaching to promote sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Lead and supervise clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is mandatory.
  • Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one promptly.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in healthcare documentation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a mission-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
