Overview

  • Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to oversee project scope, budgets, and schedules effectively.
  • Implement innovative construction methodologies to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all project phases.
  • Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and junior staff to foster professional growth.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address challenges proactively.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and innovation of the construction division.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for effective management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Resolve issues or conflicts during construction to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout all project phases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
