Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and oversee project activities for large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage earthwork, civil, and shoring/forming operations effectively.
  • Support the growth of the client's U.S. operations, contributing to their strategic expansion goals.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain project transparency and progress.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to project managers and teams.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, identifying and addressing potential risks proactively.
  • Participate in the development of project plans and resource allocation strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing project activities, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and compliance records.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
