Overview
- Lead enterprise-wide procurement and inventory management to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for procurement standardization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with administrators and managers to optimize supply chain methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational objectives in procurement practices.
- Provide leadership in navigating and utilizing purchasing systems and related programs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage centralized material management systems, including purchasing, inventory management, and costing functions.
- Develop and implement cost-effective distribution methodologies for supplies and equipment.
- Identify and address process deficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with facility administrators to support enterprise-wide supply needs.
- Provide training and support for purchasing systems and related programs.
- Ensure procurement practices align with organizational objectives and industry standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a relevant field.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in purchasing and sourcing, preferably in healthcare.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in procurement or related fields.
- Proficiency in managing inventory systems and databases.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
