Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.

• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision; 12 years preferred.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
