Job Description

Overview

  • Manage commercial tenant improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
