Overview

  • Lead projects within the commercial architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Manage teams and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional growth.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and report progress to senior management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects within the AEC sector.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
