Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect categories, including Technology, Professional Services, and Marketing.
- Lead vendor lifecycle processes, including RFx, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, including Master Agreements and Statements of Work.
- Oversee vendor payment processes, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
- Design and implement procurement policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other units to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on procurement adherence.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and financial improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in FinTech or High-Growth Tech.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for spend analysis.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for vendor management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost tracking and budget management.
- Relevant certifications such as CPSM or MCIPS are preferred.
- Experience negotiating complex contracts with major technology providers.
- Familiarity with blockchain-specific vendors or decentralized infrastructure providers is a plus.
