Business Analyst

Overview

• Serve as the in-house expert on the Allvue platform, managing its configuration and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance systems infrastructure and support client onboarding.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to resolve system issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Drive automation of accounting workflows and reporting deliverables.
• Prepare functional requirements and guide development teams in platform enhancements.
• Deliver user training and develop documentation for system best practices.
• Support onboarding processes tailored to fund-specific needs.
• Contribute to the strategic development and maintenance of the Allvue platform.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the strategic configuration and maintenance of the Allvue platform.
• Automate accounting workflows and reporting deliverables for efficiency.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Manage system upgrades, hotfix testing, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex system issues.
• Act as the primary liaison to Allvue for issue resolution and roadmap planning.
• Prepare functional requirements and guide development teams in platform enhancements.
• Deliver user training and develop documentation for system best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, with 6 years preferred.
• Deep expertise with the Allvue platform, spanning multiple implementations.
• Strong understanding of private equity, credit, and hybrid fund structures.
• Proven ability to translate operational complexity into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with software vendors and tech teams.
• Prior fund accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
