Overview

  • Lead the reimplementation and optimization of Dayforce HRIS for a mid-sized organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Drive process efficiency and enhance the employee experience through system improvements.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve system issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Develop training, documentation, and communication plans for effective change management.
  • Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR leadership and compliance needs.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with remote work opportunities on specific days.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct the end-to-end reimplementation of Dayforce HRIS, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for workflow automation, data integrity, and user experience enhancements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR leadership and compliance needs.
  • Provide ongoing support, resolve system issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure system compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign HR processes and implement change management strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dayforce HRIS (implementation, configuration, and optimization).
  • Proven track record in HRIS project management for mid-sized organizations (200–1000 employees).
  • Strong proficiency in Dayforce modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent Management).
  • Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS integrations (API, SSO, third-party vendors).
  • Dayforce Certification or advanced Dayforce training preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS migration or large-scale optimization projects is advantageous.
