Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful ground-up and interior construction projects.
  • Oversee on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and resources for seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the organization’s regional operations.
  • Utilize expertise to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support the expansion of the organization’s presence in the construction industry.
  • Participate in initiatives to innovate and optimize project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up and interior construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
