Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within real estate or construction.
• Preferred 8 years of experience in multifamily housing and mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects within timelines and budgets effectively.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is essential.
