Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily administrative, clinical support, and business functions of the facility.
- Serve as a liaison between governing boards, medical staff, and organizational leadership.
- Develop and oversee operating, staffing, and capital budgets to ensure financial health.
- Monitor financial performance and address operational risks proactively.
- Support physician relationships and coordinate credentialing and medical staff processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
- Oversee vendor and service contracts to maintain operational efficiency.
- Participate in operational reviews and performance reporting to drive improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical or ambulatory center leadership; 5 years preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and operational risk mitigation.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards in healthcare settings.
