  • Lead and oversee diagnostic imaging operations, ensuring high-quality standards and patient care excellence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize imaging services and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of diagnostic imaging services, ensuring efficient workflow and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to meet patient imaging needs effectively.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance and safety standards.
  • Train and evaluate imaging staff, addressing performance and development needs.
  • Manage inventory and maintenance of imaging equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Analyze departmental performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for imaging services.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Registered Technologist (RT) by ARRT, CNMT by NMTCB, or RDMS by ARDMS.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging; 4 years preferred.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC, valid for at least 60 days post-hire.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment maintenance and operational protocols.
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and safety standards for imaging services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement service improvements.
