Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in daily office tasks including scheduling and correspondence management.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for departmental activities.
  • Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support payroll services and related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the department.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related administrative duties.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed.
  • Provide support during departmental meetings and events.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools such as MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in payroll services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic office environments.
