Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide strategic leadership for HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.

- Supervise HR systems and personnel records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in HR management, including supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including ADA, Title IX, and FMLA.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
- Experience in Title IX coordination or related compliance roles is beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.
