Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide onsite IT support to users, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage and resolve support queries systematically.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Administer Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
- Support systems administration tasks for Windows Server platforms and Active Directory.
- Implement and manage endpoint threat management solutions like Sophos.
- Assist in virtualization platform management, including VMware and Hyper-V.
- Collaborate with network teams to manage TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and firewall configurations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and mobile device troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN and firewall configurations.
- Ability to work onsite and meet physical job requirements.
- Preferred experience in MSP environments and financial industry applications.
