Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of finance leadership experience, including VP-level roles in technology-driven businesses.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and managing decentralized business models.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls implementation.
• Experience presenting financial packages to private equity sponsors and boards.
• Proven ability to build and transform finance functions to drive organizational growth.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Preferred experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology platforms.
