Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with 15 years preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing engineering teams.
- Experience in proposal development, budget management, and client engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems design, energy controls, and commissioning processes.
