Job Description

Overview

  • Support strategic financial operations by analyzing client pricing, budgeting, and alternative fee arrangements for impactful decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and present revenue-related reports and financial strategies.
  • Monitor and update client and matter budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize advanced financial software to generate accurate reports and metrics.
  • Engage with clients to discuss pricing, budgets, and financial performance effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative pricing strategies.
  • Participate in special projects to enhance financial operations and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze billing rates and alternative fee arrangements to optimize client pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and manage client and matter budgets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports, including billing, collections, and realization metrics.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and present strategic financial insights.
  • Engage with stakeholders to discuss financial performance and budget adjustments.
  • Utilize financial tools to manage data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a professional services firm.
