Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions.
- Educate families on neonatal care practices and provide emotional support.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of hire.
- Minimum six months of experience in Women and Infants nursing or completion of a fellowship program.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and innovative clinical environment.
- Preferred certifications include STABLE and advanced neonatal care credentials.
