Overview

  • Lead and manage projects in real estate development and property management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and oversee residential and commercial property projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues promptly to maintain timelines and budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in real estate development and property management.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with hybrid work arrangements and managing remote teams.
