Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners to strengthen collaboration.
- Conduct regular outreach to promote hospice services and philosophy.
- Position hospice services as the provider of choice in the service area.
- Support referral growth through intentional visits with healthcare professionals.
- Lead initial conversations about hospice care with patients and families.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of hospice services.
- Maintain reliable transportation for outreach activities within designated territories.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; additional experience may substitute.
- Minimum two years of healthcare sales/marketing experience required.
- Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Prior clinical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
