Overview

  • Lead tax advisory and compliance services for entrepreneurial businesses, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Shape tax strategies, strengthen compliance, and elevate client experiences within a dynamic professional services platform.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver exceptional tax advisory services, addressing complex tax issues and planning opportunities.
  • Oversee preparation and review of individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax filings.
  • Respond to client inquiries on diverse tax compliance areas, ensuring accurate guidance.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Conduct tax and accounting research to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Develop engagement budgets, assign workloads, and prepare internal reports.
  • Collaborate with leadership to unify processes and leverage shared services for operational innovation.
  • Support practice expansion by deepening services with existing clients and developing new relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • Active CPA license with 10+ years of progressive business taxation experience.
  • Proven success in leading client engagements and driving practice growth.
  • Strong expertise in corporate, partnership, trust, and individual taxation.
  • Established leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
