Overview

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational excellence and disciplined decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and analyses to inform executive decision-making and enhance operational performance.
  • Coordinate agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for key governance committees and leadership forums.
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings, preparing executive-facing materials focused on actionable outcomes.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of business performance, KPIs, and operating metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational enhancements across the organization.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing critical topics and ensuring timely execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate Management Committee and Operating Committee agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Support governance committees through agenda planning, oversight, and development of actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver strategic analyses and data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making and operational performance.
  • Oversee executive communications, including briefings, dashboards, meeting cadence, and leadership updates.
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings and prepare executive-facing materials with a focus on clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, KPIs, and operating metrics to surface key insights.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational enhancements across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to prioritize critical topics and ensure disciplined decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 6–12 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or related roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency, with experience developing high-quality executive materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Experience supporting senior-level forums and enhancing decision-making processes.
  • High degree of ownership, sound judgment, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
