Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA/MHA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior leadership within healthcare.
- Proven track record in behavioral health hospital management and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and business development processes.

- Experience with JACHO survey readiness and accreditation processes.
