Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide primary care services to patients, ensuring comprehensive and timely documentation.
  • Supervise healthcare practitioners, managing schedules and assessing performance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding results and follow-up care.
  • Lead efforts in patient education and health promotion activities.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active New York State Physician License.
  • DEA Certificate, BCLS Certification, and Infection Control Certificate.
  • Board Certification in a relevant specialty and active NPI Number.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably 7 years, in a medical leadership role.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills to lead healthcare teams effectively.
  • Completed NYS Department of Health mandated prescriber education in pain management within the last 3 years.
  • Ability to work on-site in a collaborative healthcare environment.
