Overview

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and support organizational growth through innovative strategies and effective collaboration.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for diverse roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout all recruitment activities.
  • Support workforce planning by analyzing talent needs and forecasting hiring demands.
  • Contribute to the development of interview guides and competency frameworks for hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives and workforce planning goals.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals, ensuring a diverse talent pool.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare offer letters, manage background checks, and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Collaborate with managers to define job competencies and performance criteria for effective candidate evaluation.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
  • Engage in college recruiting events and maintain relationships with academic institutions to attract emerging talent.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Paylocity ATS and Balanced Comp systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous and highly valued.
