Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Unrestricted medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in psychiatric care, with 2 years preferred.
- Current DEA and Massachusetts state registration for prescribing controlled substances.
- Strong clinical and teaching skills, with a commitment to patient-centered healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor non-physician mental health providers effectively.
