Job Description

Overview

  • Support executive leadership in a luxury jewelry company with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and production processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare materials for client appointments and manage schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide executive support including email management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly with effective organization and supply management.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and photographers for production and marketing needs.
  • Handle logistics for trade shows and PR events, ensuring timely preparation and execution.
  • Maintain high standards of detail orientation and adaptability to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Oversee inventory control, including logging goods and tracking movement across stages.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for client viewings and appointments.
  • Coordinate jewelry production timelines, quality control, and final delivery processes.
  • Ensure proper coordination of items for photography and marketing purposes.
  • Organize logistics for trade shows and PR events, maintaining schedules and materials.
  • Manage office operations, supplies, and workspace organization.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; operations background preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, with 10 years preferred in relevant roles.
