Technical Project Manager – Advanced Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for data science and AI initiatives.
• Monitor progress, ensuring timely delivery and addressing blockers proactively.
• Facilitate team meetings, capturing decisions, action items, and follow-ups effectively.
• Maintain and communicate RAID logs, highlighting risks and dependencies.
• Prepare concise status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Adapt to agile or hybrid delivery environments, ensuring iterative execution.
• Escalate issues promptly, providing clear impact assessments and resolution options.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate in agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is preferred.
• Comfortable working with data scientists and engineers without requiring coding expertise.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data science product delivery is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills tailored to technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
