Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and produce engaging presentations, proposals, and award submissions using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed narratives and scopes of work.
  • Update and maintain marketing collateral and project databases for accuracy.
  • Effectively manage multiple deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials.
  • Contribute to social media activities and photoshoots as the role evolves.
  • Provide insights during team meetings to enhance marketing processes.
  • Support the creation of high-quality RFPs within tight turnaround times.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to refine and innovate marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture or design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AEC industry terminology and marketing strategies.
  • Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills; photography skills are advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills for collaborative work.
