Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the creation of construction documents, ensuring alignment with design objectives and client requirements.
- Supervise and guide junior staff, promoting quality control and collaborative work practices.
- Engage in client meetings to understand project goals and present innovative solutions.
- Review architectural details for constructability and adherence to industry standards.
- Ensure project documentation complies with codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Assist in construction administration by addressing RFIs and reviewing submittals efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring quality and adherence to plans.
- Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and achieve project milestones successfully.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
- Minimum of 3–7 years of professional architectural experience, emphasizing construction documents and team coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Architectural licensure or active pursuit thereof is preferred but not mandatory.
