Overview

  • Act as a key contributor to architectural projects, bridging design concepts and technical execution for seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate within a hybrid work environment, fostering innovation and teamwork to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize advanced Revit skills to create detailed and accurate construction documents that meet client expectations.
  • Engage with clients to present design solutions, incorporating their feedback effectively into project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards throughout project phases.
  • Participate in construction administration, responding to RFIs and conducting site visits to monitor progress.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration within the architectural team.
  • Drive project success through strong leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the creation of construction documents, ensuring alignment with design objectives and client requirements.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff, promoting quality control and collaborative work practices.
  • Engage in client meetings to understand project goals and present innovative solutions.
  • Review architectural details for constructability and adherence to industry standards.
  • Ensure project documentation complies with codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Assist in construction administration by addressing RFIs and reviewing submittals efficiently.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring quality and adherence to plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and achieve project milestones successfully.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum of 3–7 years of professional architectural experience, emphasizing construction documents and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Architectural licensure or active pursuit thereof is preferred but not mandatory.
