Overview

- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and obtain necessary signatures on forms.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.

- Provide additional coverage during night hours and weekends when required.

Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required for this position.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Office Administration program is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Receptionist or 1 year of clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and self-motivation are required.
