Overview

  • Collaborate with a leading financial services firm as a Social Media Coordinator.
  • Manage organic social media content production and workflow using Asana.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional reviews with marketing, legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Support governance processes and maintain documentation for social media operations.
  • Track and report on content performance and engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to creative content ideation for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Represent the team professionally in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day organic social media content production and publishing.
  • Manage content workflows and approvals using Asana and compliance tools.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with best practices.
  • Maintain channel health and perform QA on published content.
  • Support governance processes and maintain documentation for social media operations.
  • Track and report on content performance and engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to creative content ideation for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Asana and social media management platforms like Sprinklr.
  • Knowledge of compliance approval processes and tools such as Red Oak.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services or insurance.
  • Professional communication skills and a polished presence.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
