Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding communications and daily operations.
  • Assist the VP of HR and CHRO with scheduling and documentation tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and manage employee file systems.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support HR operations by scheduling meetings, interviews, and trainings.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and system updates.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation in HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of benefits, training, and compliance activities.
  • Track and organize HR documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist with logistics for trainings, information sessions, and engagement meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in Human Services, Healthcare, or Nonprofit environments preferred.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
