Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support HR operations by scheduling meetings, interviews, and trainings.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and system updates.
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation in HRIS systems.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of benefits, training, and compliance activities.
- Track and organize HR documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Assist with logistics for trainings, information sessions, and engagement meetings.

Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in Human Services, Healthcare, or Nonprofit environments preferred.
