Job Description

Overview

  • Provide front desk coverage for a short-term contract role within a professional environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage reception and front desk operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
  • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance with building staff and vendors.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Schedule resources and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Provide technical support for office systems, including printers and video conferencing tools.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and special projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
  • Familiarity with postage systems and courier services (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
