Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a commercial AEC organization, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Oversee on-site operations, maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and client expectations throughout project phases.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status and performance metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise construction activities, resolving issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and codes.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial AEC industry standards and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents accurately.
