Overview
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, driving workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

- Collaborate with a team of HR professionals to enhance employee experience and internal mobility opportunities.
- Utilize data insights to improve onboarding processes and support strategic decision-making.
- Engage in unionized environment activities, leveraging guild or union experience for effective workforce management.
- Deliver high-level HR services while navigating complex conversations and fostering trust with senior management.
- Work with approximately 300 employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies.
- Participate in special HR projects to drive innovation and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance organizational performance.
- Provide consultation and coaching to senior leaders on workforce planning and talent management.
- Administer performance management programs, linking pay and performance effectively.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives using proven methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools for efficient HR operations.
- Support employees covered by collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance and effective relations.
- Lead innovative HR programs and initiatives to drive high-performance culture.
- Engage in employee relations activities, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline; advanced certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR Business Partner experience, with 5 years in a senior-level role.
- Proficiency in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, including collective bargaining agreements.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to build trust with senior management.
- Experience in administering HR programs and linking pay to performance effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems for efficient HR operations.
