Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform compliance reviews and tax return sign-offs at the partner level.
  • Consult clients on planning opportunities and changes in tax laws.
  • Develop new business through proposals and client relationship building.
  • Supervise engagements and special projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate advanced-level staff to foster professional growth.
  • Maintain exceptional technical knowledge of tax issues and business trends.
  • Expand services to existing clients and oversee all aspects of client engagements.
  • Collaborate across specialties to deliver innovative tax solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, or equivalent field; CPA or JD required.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive tax experience with high-net-worth individuals.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing a book of business.
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of tax regulations and business trends.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a focus on work-life balance.
