Overview

  • Manage construction projects for retail and grocery clients, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee ground-up and expansion projects ranging from $3MM to $20MM.
  • Collaborate with estimating teams to align project scopes and budgets.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by managing high-profile projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead project planning sessions to define objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for project execution.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record managing retail and grocery construction projects.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
