Job Description

Overview

  • Manage full-life cycle recruitment for roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process. 
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates and negotiate offers effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Provide insights and updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Adapt to evolving processes and procedures in a dynamic environment.
  • Support recruitment efforts for roles outside of accounting and finance as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools for effective candidate sourcing.
  • Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers on candidate selection and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage recruitment for 10-15 open positions simultaneously, maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven success in agency recruitment with stable tenure.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
