Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, with eligibility for practice.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of acute care clinical experience, preferably in telemetry or similar units.
- Prior experience in charge nurse, coordinator, or leadership roles strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and operational leadership skills essential.
- National Certification in Nursing Leadership or clinical specialty preferred.
- Ability to work on-site with alternating weekends and holidays as required.
