  • Coordinate shipping activities, including UPS, FedEx, and certified mail services.
  • Support conference room readiness and catering arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Maintain pantry organization, stock inventory, and oversee coffee machine upkeep.
  • Assist with general correspondence, administrative tasks, and expense management.
  • Contribute to event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
