Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the project manager for assigned event programs, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate logistics with venues, hotels, contractors, and production teams.
  • Manage functional areas such as food and beverage, transportation, and staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Provide operational expertise in accessibility, health, safety, and environmental design.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Resolve challenges proactively and adapt to shifting priorities during planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in event planning and execution in agency or corporate environments.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Preferred certifications: CMP, CSEP, or CMM.
  • Experience in field marketing and sales-oriented event programs is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% and work occasional weekends.
