Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Assist attorneys with post-closing activities, including preparation of closing binders and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines to support legal operations.
- Maintain attorney calendars, expense reports, and memberships for efficient workflow management.
- E-file pleadings in state and federal courts as required, ensuring compliance with filing protocols.
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to facilitate seamless transactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in real estate or transactional legal practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and associated documentation requirements.
- Experience with e-filing pleadings in state and federal courts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
